Food sold from this premises may contain
allergens or traces of allergens including; nuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, eggs, milk, soy, wheat,

lupin, gluten and sulphides. Please advise of any allergens you would like us to be aware of. 

Inspiration Images: 
Sweet Street Cakery will not replicate other designs. We respect the ownership and copyright of the original designer. We can use images as design inspiration and create something unique for you. 

Insurance:

Sweet Street Cakery is an insured, licensed and registered food-safe premises. 

Cake Storage:

Our cakes are buttercream cakes and are required to be stored in the fridge, but recommended to be enjoyed at room temperature. This means that you will need to find space in your fridge for your cake, and bring it out 1-2 hours before serving. 

If being delivered to a venue, Sweet Street Cakery will ensure this is done with care. Unfortunately, Sweet Street Cakery cannot be held liable for any damage incurred when being stored at other premises or when being handled by people or staff outside of Sweet Street Cakery.

Pick Up & Delivery:

Pick up is available from our studio in Eleebana, NSW. Delivery in the Newcastle, Hunter Valley or Lake Macquarie region is possible, but may incur a fee depending on location.

Refunds/Returns:

If you need to cancel your custom order, a minimum 7 days notice is required.

Once delivered or collected, all food/perishable items cannot be returned or refunded. We strictly cannot offer a refund for any cakes or sweets that have been consumed.

We want you to be over the moon with your order. If for some reason you are unhappy, please contact us so we can do our best to resolve the issue. 

Our cakes are handmade and made to order. Minor variations in colour and designs can occur.
